Can I cancel or move my booking?
Yes. Give us 24 hours’ notice and you can move or cancel for free. Later changes are charged at 50%.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do. Any treatment or bundle can be bought as a gift, and vouchers are valid for twelve months.
Is it okay to book if I’m pregnant?
Many of our treatments are suitable from the second trimester. Mention it when booking and we’ll tailor everything.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. We provide towels, robes, mats and blankets, plus tea for afterwards.
