These terms apply to every booking made with Willow & Stone Wellness Ltd. By booking a treatment or class, you agree to them.
Bookings and cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, are charged at 50% of the treatment price.
Health and wellbeing
Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before your treatment. Our therapists may adapt or decline a treatment if they feel it isn’t safe for you.
Bundles and vouchers
Bundles and gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the period stated at purchase. They can’t be exchanged for cash.
Arriving late
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to give you your full time, but your treatment may need to finish at the original time so the next guest isn’t kept waiting.
