What actually happens in a sound bath

No chanting, no experience needed. Here’s what to expect from your first session.

What actually happens in a sound bath

You lie down. That’s the hard part.

A sound bath is a guided rest. You settle onto a mat with blankets and an eye pillow while our practitioner plays singing bowls, chimes and gongs around the room.

Most people find their thoughts slow after ten minutes or so. Some fall asleep, and that’s completely fine.

Why it helps

Steady, layered sound gives a busy mind something gentle to follow. Guests often tell us they sleep better that night than they have in weeks.
