Five minutes to undo a day at your desk
A short routine our therapists swear by for tight shoulders, tired eyes and a buzzing head.

Start with your breath
Before you stretch anything, sit back in your chair and take five slow breaths, making the exhale a little longer than the inhale. It tells your nervous system the day is winding down, which makes everything that follows work better.
Then move the bits that sat still
Roll your shoulders back ten times, then gently tip your ear towards each shoulder and hold for three breaths. Finish by lacing your fingers behind your back and lifting your chest. It’s small, but done daily it adds up.
If the same spots keep tightening, that’s your cue to book a deep tissue session and let us work on them properly.
