Calm starts at the door

Bright overhead light keeps the brain alert. That’s why every room at Willow & Stone uses warm, low lamps, soft linen and natural materials.

It’s also why we don’t play music in reception and ask that phones go on silent. Small things, but they give your body permission to rest before your treatment even begins.
